Summary: "Not that great."
While it covers a broad spectrum of information it's very very basic in content. I was expecting to find things to spice up sex life a bit but was disappointed as almost everything discussed was either common sense or something one would come across naturally over time.
I will suggest it to 35 year old virgins or teens who are just beginning to explorer.

Love this book! Worth it! Almost 500 pages! Non-stop sex step-by-step! Great, sexy, smart! Helps you get better at sex, and helps you make someone else happy in bed. Fun and comprehensive. Details of how to do everything (oral, kissing, intercourse positions, sex in exotic locations, homemade sex toys, vibrators, anal, S and M, group sex, video porn, pregnancy, birth control, safe sex, symptoms...)S-E-X. You name it, and it's here. You cannot find a better sex book. Other sex books are half the number of pages, and mostly stuff you already know. This is up-to-date, new ideas, and it's got pictures on most pages, some color, some black and white. Best Bang for your Buck! I've read a lot of sex books, and this is the best. I give it to all my friends for birthdays, engagement (bridal shower), anniversary, and they laugh and then later tell me how much they loved it. It's the kind of book that you go back to again and again for more info, help, tips. It is for everyone (not idiot's).

This is certainly an idiots guide. It's got just about everything thing about sex under the sun in it, from condoms to oral. I liked the fact that it was so completely comphrensive and that it left nothing that I could imagine out. Also, the instruction is very good. I would recommend this one to anyone who wants to know more about sexual instruction and or as a refresher for those who may have been out of the game for some time. Also liked and would recommend Sexually Shy: The Inhibited Woman's Guide To Good Sex.
